We were in Aínsa today and booked yesterday based on reviews, and it was a great choice. The regular menu, priced right for the price, was a great value. The children's menu, with its quantity and variety, was fantastic. We had three full menus and one children's menu, and everything was delicious. I also want to highlight the friendliness of the restaurant staff. The restaurant is very nice. The dishes we ate were very good: the octopus, the turbot, and the desserts. We'll definitely return when we're in the area.

They have a €25 menu that's fantastic. Everything is delicious and served quickly. The place is tastefully decorated. Four of us went and everyone was delighted. Highly recommended.

A great choice with this restaurant. Clean and bright, the place is very welcoming and attentive from all the staff. The "full menu (€24.50)," which is the one we chose, was great value. The dishes were well-crafted and generously portioned. As a courtesy, they served us a couple of vegetable gyozas with orange sauce after taking our order. We chose the starters: Coca de Folgueroles with smoked cod, sobrasada, and orange. Glazed octopus with smashed potatoes and truffle hollandaise sauce. Flame-roasted eggplant, fresh burrata, confit tomato pesto, and marinated Cinca trout. For the main course: Civet of valley roe deer with rosemary smashed potatoes. For dessert: Gorgonzola cheesecake and French toast with brioche bread and mango ice cream. It's a pleasure to eat in places like this, and one we'll definitely return to.

We sampled the menu at Sánchez Restaurant, located inside the Hotel Sánchez in Aínsa, and the experience was very satisfying from the first bite. The menu includes a first course, a second course, dessert, and water, and began with a complimentary starter: intensely creamy boletus croquettes with a deep and delicate flavor that provided an excellent start. For starters, we ordered the glazed octopus with smashed potatoes and truffle hollandaise sauce, and the aged beef carpaccio. The octopus was perfectly cooked and very tender, accompanied by a smooth potato base and a rich, flavorful sauce with truffle notes that enhanced the meal. The carpaccio surprised us with the quality of the meat, which melted in the mouth, accompanied by a kimchi mayonnaise, basil oil, and pistachios that provided freshness, intensity, and a crunchy contrast. For the main courses, we chose the Valley Roe Deer Civet with smashed rosemary potatoes, the Iberian Pork Secreto with its garnish, and the Chestnut Pork Chop brushed with dark beer sauce. The civet was very well cooked, with a deep flavor and a tender texture. The Iberian Pork Secreto was juicy and flavorful, accompanied by fried sweet potato sticks that balanced the dish well. The pork chop also stood out, well cooked, with a mild flavor, and a sauce that gave it a warm touch without overpowering the taste of the meat. For dessert, we tried the Caramelized Brioche Torrija, which combined a crispy crust on top with a spongy texture inside, accompanied by an orange sorbet that balanced its freshness. The Marinated Pineapple with Fennel and Lime and Basil Sorbet was a surprising and very aromatic choice, perfect for finishing with a lighter, more tropical note. The citrus herb panna cotta with passion fruit foam was delicate, smooth, and very well balanced in terms of sweetness and acidity. All the dishes were well-served in terms of quantity and quality. An ideal choice for all tastes, with combinations that balance tradition and creativity, and a menu varied enough to ensure that any diner will find something to suit them.

A very good experience. The place is quiet, very bright, and pleasant. We booked just half an hour before arriving. We are a family of two adults and two children, ages 9 and 12. The food was very good. We recommend the pasta, the pork chop with stout, the cheesecake, and the chocolate cake. The service was very friendly and pleasant, and the price/quality ratio was reasonable.

Excellent food and service. I would only offer the option to choose a drink from the menu, not just water. Otherwise, we would return and enjoy the food offered at this establishment.
